Homemade Salsa


So Food Network is probably the best website EVER! I got this recipe from them and kind of did it my own way.

Ingredients

1 (14 0z) can of petite diced tomatoes with their juice
3 ripe tomatoes diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 (4 0z) can chopped green chiles with juice
2 limes, juiced
1 mango, peeled and diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste ( I like LOTS of garlic salt)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
Combine all ingredients, stir well with spoon. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.


I don't like it hot so I just use the mild green chiles. If you want it hot then go with medium or hot green chiles.
